Whitetop Band, cars and more…

The Whitetop Mountain Band at The Floyd Country Store on Saturday night.
The Whitetop Mountain Band.

The Whitetop Mountain Band plays their mixture of old-time music on the stage of the Oak Grove Pavilion Saturday night as just one of many events of music, art, theater and more for the first weekend of June 2017.

Floyd Auto Fair highlights a collection of vintage, customized and other vehicles at Chantilly Farm Friday and Saturday.

Weather forecasts show a sunny Friday with high temperatures around 76, partly cloudy and warm with a high again of 76 and mostly sunny with a high reaching 80 on Sunday.

Good weather means music on the streets Friday night during the artisans market and the Friday Night Jamboree.

Looks like a good weekend to enjoy our area.
