A Haylee Dalton return for a point. The Virginia High School League named her to the first team of the state volleyball all-star Class 2 squad.

Senior Haylee Dalton of the Floyd County High School varsity volleyball team was named to the first team of the Virginia High School League Class 2 state team Thursday.

Sister Kenzee Dalton and Madison Ramey made the second team.

The Lady Buffaloes came within one game of making the state final match last month with a loss to Radford’s Lady Bobcats, a team they beat twice during the regular season but lost twice: Once in the regional final and again in the state semi-final match.

Our congratulations, ladies.  It has been a pleasure to watch and photograph Haylee during her high school career om Floyd and we also look forward to shooting many more images of the team in the coming season.

Madison Madison Ramey sets up a Radord serve for return and a point. She also made the second team of the state all-star squad.
Kenzee Dalton won a spot on the second team of the VHSL state squad.
